Real Property staff members will perform a variety of
administrative services for your association. We will facilitate
all financial processes including, but not limited to:
collection of dues, payment of bills, management of bank
accounts, compilation of monthly financial reports, budget
preparation, coordination of reserve studies, and filing of
taxes. We will assist the Association with duties related to
mailings, notices, meetings, licensure, record-keeping,
architectural review, and enforcement of covenants and rules.
In addition, Real Property managers will coordinate common area
services on behalf of the Association including maintenance of
common land, clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, parking areas,
lighting, signage and fencing, and all other maintenance as
stipulated in the Declaration.
Although we will not handle routine maintenance to your home or
private lots, we will provide referral services for owners in
need of dependable contractors for home projects.
Routine Communication
All members of our management team are available to help
you. We work with a task-based system, so you will likely
encounter all three of our property managers: Doug, Mark, and
Brant. You can report routine maintenance issues to us by
email, phone or letter; however, we strongly encourage that
correspondence be sent via email for documentation purposes as
well as convenience.
Emergency Communication
Real Property provides 24-hour response for emergency
maintenance issues. If life or property is threatened call
9-1-1 as necessary. If you think the nature of the
emergency requires notification to management, you can contact
our emergency pager using the following steps: Dial 434-971-1600
and follow prompt for “Association Management” then “Emergency
Pager”.
