Description
Ridgecrest is an established townhome association of 118 units
tucked away in the City of Charlottesville on the edge of
Belmont in an historic and eclectic section of the city known as
“Hogwallow” that inherited its name from the livestock that
escaped into the marsh from the interesting old livestock market
in the area. Over the years this section of the city has
created a unique identity as a neighborhood of old and new
residents, old and new homes and divergent life styles that have
come together to embody a very strong sense of community. The
area is part of the “Belmont Renaissance” and enjoys a lovely
