Description
Peacock Hill is situated in the Ivy Valley of Western Albemarle
County, Virginia, an easy 12 mile drive from Charlottesville.
Surrounded by rural countryside, the 350 acres of ruggedly
interesting topography create an ideal setting for the 180
homesites, two tennis courts, children's playground, walking
trails and five acre lake. Approximately 100 acres are common
mountainsides, valleys, meadows and streams. The land was
originally an orchard named for the wild peacocks that roamed
freely and was developed into a planned residential community
and in the 1970s. |
