What does the Association do?
The Association is a non-profit corporation managed by a Board
of Directors elected by the owners. The Board is responsible for
the management of the Association's funds, the enforcement of
the deed restrictions, and the maintenance of common area
property.
What does Real Property, Inc. do for Associations?
Real Property is hired by and reports to the Board of Directors
of the Association and assists them in the effective management
of the Association. Real Property acts as ‘Managing Agent” for
Associations - We attend to the day-to-day operation of the
Association and implement the policies and decisions as
determined by the Board of Directors.
What is the managing agent's authority?
The managing agent’s authority is conferred by the Board of
Directors in accordance with your association C&R’s. The
managing agent implements Board directives, facilitates approved
programs for the Association, and conducts a host of ministerial
acts for the association as a licensed professional and
fiduciary.
