As local homeowners associations continue to flourish, RPI’s Homeowners Association Management services continue to expand to provide homeowners the best tools to organize as a group and be productive, satisfied residents.

We operate and manage both developing and owner-controlled community associations and have found that above all, communication is the key to effective Association Management. In order to facilitate communication and offer more utility to each association, each association has a dedicated Web page maintained by our Association Management team which features community information, calendars, meeting minutes, notices, and association documents. In the coming months, our goal is to expand each association’s webpage to include more interactive capabilities such as message and discussion boards and online payment options.
