Douglas G. Brooks, Sr. – Principal, CEO
Doug Brooks is Chief Executive Officer and Principle Broker of Real Property, Inc. Mr. Brooks is responsible for all day-to-day brokerage and property management functions of Real Property’s Community Association and Residential Property Divisions.

Mr. Brooks received his BA, M.Ed., and M.Ed.S. degrees from the University of Virginia. He also holds AMS and CMCA designations from the National Board of Certifications for Community Association Managers.

William B. Walton III – Principal, CFO
William Walton is Chief Financial Officer and Associate Broker of Real Property, Inc. Mr. Walton is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization and properties it manages. He also oversees Real Property’s Commercial Management Division.

Mr. Walton received his BA from the University of Virginia where he was an Echols Scholar. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Virginia Apartment Management Association, is a Director of the Blue Ridge Apartment Council, and is a workgroup member of the Virginia Housing Commission.
