Robert E. Noll – Principal, Commercial Property Manager
Robby Noll brings the most extensive Commercial Property Management expertise to the firm and has grown Real Property’s Association Management segment tremendously. Robby also provides a builder/developer perspective to many of Real Property’s ventures and affiliations.

William B. Walton III – Principal, Controller
Chances are, if William Walton does not know the answer to a financial question, very few do. William has spent all of his adult years expanding his expertise to virtually all areas of asset/financial management in the realm of real estate administration. While his financial expertise is impressive, it is complimented by an ingrained understanding of property management. William serves as Treasurer of the Virginia Apartment Management Association.

Ian J. Wren – Principal, Residential Property Management
While many years of residential property management have afforded Ian Wren the opportunity to show others the ropes, he is still most comfortable out and about Charlottesville seeing, with his own eyes, the great condition of his numerous managed properties. Few in the area are more knowledgeable of the ebb and flow of Central Virginia’s real estate market – a perfect prerequisite to his current position as Managing Broker for Real Property. Still, he is the backbone of our Property Management segment of the firm and works very closely with many of our owners and tenants on a daily basis.
